How to lucid dream instantly – the good method for experiencing your first lucid dream!

May 21, 2013 on 3:00 am | In Lucid Dreams | No Comments

There are a lot of things that you can see in your dreams. In a good dream, you may see the good things that make you feel happy when you wake up. It’s fun and exciting to be able to dream about something that you really want to dream about. But in the bad one, you get a nightmare with bad things you never want to think about. So, how to lucid dream instantly as soon as you go to bed?

Lucid dreaming is a process of being able to control your dreams. You can dictate exactly everything that happens in the dream. You can make the dream as fictional as you want or as impossible as you can imagine. You can dream about your long-term goals and see all of them come to life in your sleep. The great thing about lucid dreaming is that you are not only able to control your dreams completely. You are also able to remember them and enjoy them as how you would if they were real. And during the entire dream itself, you are able to experience everything like they were all real. It’s a very exciting and extraordinary experience that no one can ever give you but yourself. But lucid dreaming isn’t as easy as that.

So if you are wondering how to lucid dream instantly, you will find that there is no way for you to do this. Lucid dreaming requires deep concentration, practice, and knowledge before you can actually have a perfect dream. But even in your first time of lucid dreaming attempt, you may find yourself awake inside your dreams. There is still a possibility for you to experience lucid dreams even in an instant, given that you do all that it takes to be able to perform the activity.

Before you begin, you must first realize the exact dream that you want to have. You can write it down or memorize it in your head. Afterwards, you need to relax. Take slow deep breaths, and you should concentrate on the exact dream that you want to see. Once you have completely set your mind for the activity, allow the dream to conquer you while remaining calm and relaxed. Staying calm is the most important thing that will bring you to your dream, since you need to be able to sleep.

When you have fallen asleep, the dream that you concentrated on may appear in your mind. If you’re lucky, you can experience a split second that you’re actually alive in the dream that you have. This is the real process of lucid dreaming, but first time attempts will not give you much experience. But this can be a good start for you and you can continue practicing lucid dreaming even if your first attempt was not very satisfying. Being able to lucid dream is a gift that should be enhanced so that you can achieve the dream that you have long desired and you can live inside your own dreams.

It is a way to trick your body to think that your mind is sleeping. When this happens you enter the dream world but you still preserve your consciousness. Thus you can do whatever you want to do. Don’t ask the question “How to lucid dream instantly?” anymore, let visit our site at www.luciddreamingmadeeasy.org to get our ebook “Lucid dreaming make easy”.

Letting Go of Old Dreams, Starting Over With New Ones

May 20, 2013 on 4:36 pm | In Dream Come True, Musings | No Comments

Whether your goals come to you in dreams, or you dream up a bright future for yourself, sometimes dreams do not come true. Many things can interfere with achieving your dreams.

Sometimes illness, accidents, or other unfortunate incidents intervene. Sometimes your life changes in other ways, and the dream no longer fits. Sometimes an economic downturn, a war, an earthquake, or other major disaster puts your plans and dreams out of reach.

Even before you consciously realize how much your goals and life are changing, your dreams at night may begin to reflect those changes. And you should pay attention to them and prepare to take action to make the changes needed to prepare for a bright—but different—future.

If you become mired in debt, for example, whether from medical bills, a mortgage, a lost job, or a bad investment, you may have to give up on one dream—or more—clear the decks, and get back on track to achieve new goals. In other words, you may need to let go of an old dream and start over fresh with a new one.

A good bankruptcy lawyer in Cleveland, or wherever you  happen to live, can help you clear the financial slate and start over. So that you are free to pursue new dreams and achieve new goals.

Sometimes you have to let go of an old dream to pursue an even better one. Starting over financially gives you the freedom to do that.

DREAMING, a Very Short Introduction

DREAMING, a Very Short Introduction

What is dreaming, and what causes it? Why are dreams so strange and why are they so hard to remember? Replacing dream mystique with modern dream science, in Dreaming, a Very Short Introduction, J. Allan Hobson provides a new and increasingly complete picture of how dreaming is created by the brain. Focusing on dreaming to explain the mechanisms of sleep, this book explores how the new science of dreaming is affecting theories in psychoanalysis, and how it is helping our understanding of the causes of mental illness.

J. Allan Hobson investigates his own dreams to illustrate and explain some of the fascinating discoveries of modern sleep science, while challenging some of the traditionally accepted theories about the meaning of dreams. He reveals how dreaming maintains and develops the mind, why we go crazy in our dreams in order to avoid doing so when we are awake, and why sleep is not just good for health but essential for life.

To Dance or To Relax?

Guest post by Bob R.

It’s a mystery to me that more people don’t take advantage of the completely legitimate and legal online marketplace for mood enhancing products. If you think your only option for finding products of this nature is the black market, then you’re sorely mistaken. There are a plethora of businesses that specialize in finding just the right blend within the bounds of legality to deliver a variety of effects, from relaxation to energy and euphoria. The secret that’s separating the savvy users from the uninformed ones is that there are a lot of substances out there that are still in an experimental phase and have yet to be scheduled or outlawed. Businesses and customers alike are taking advantage of this situation by buying and selling products online that are effective and affordable.

These products include herbal blends, smokeable potpourri, party powders, pills, and much more. The availability and selection is quite surprising to anyone who is researching the market for the first time.
For my two cents, Herbal City, LLC is an excellent bet for anyone looking to experiment with what’s out there. They are a reputable dealer with the largest selection I have encountered, far and away. In my experience, they ship quickly and always deliver a quality product.

I can specifically recommend the Mr. Happy Herbal Potpourri. It’s a very potent floral blend that delivers a carefree, relaxing experience. If you’re like me and you’re apprehensive about letting loose and dancing at parties, they also have some products that will make you energetic and get you moving. The famous “kratom” is available in pill format with their Mr. Smiley Caps. After a long night of dancing and letting loose, I can definitely attest to the efficacy of that product. It’s really surprising how easily available these quality products are!

How to do lucid dreaming – Steps to get the lucidity in your dreaming state

May 17, 2013 on 1:52 am | In Lucid Dreams | No Comments

A lucid dream is when you feel like you’re awake. It’s when you know in your heart that you are dreaming and you can observe the dream while it’s going on. You can feel things. You can hear things. You can smell things. Well, it sounds so interesting! But how to do lucid dreaming? It’s a big question that almost of us always wondering about!

Lucid dreaming requires self-awareness which is basically present within every dream as we are in a way observing the dream. To become lucid, the dreamer must analyze the situation and realize that he is dreaming, in doing this, control over the situation comes more naturally to the dreamer as he is able to fully comprehend the fact that he is observing a situation he has created and therefore has a hand in continuing. This takes practice for some, writing down dreams as well as practicing creating situations you control within your mind while awake can help make achieving self-awareness within the dream gradually easier and more natural.

To lucid dreaming is to train yourself to be aware that you are dreaming. During the day, ask yourself Am I dreaming right now? How do I know that I am/not dreaming? It can also be helpful to ask these questions each time you do something that you do often throughout the day, such as opening doors or after eating or drinking.

You can also try to imagine that you are dreaming and that you have control of your dream. Before going to sleep each night tell yourself that you will remember your dreams and become aware that you are dreaming.

Lucid dreaming is simply being aware that you are dreaming while you are in a dream. Learning how to do lucid dreaming intentionally is a personal growth tool. It may help you resolve personal problems because you’re able to consciously take an active role in your dreams. It can also be a lot of fun!

Once you’re accustomed to dreaming lucidly use this skill. Use it to practice those awful presentations you have to give and agonize over. Use it to practice learning to play the mandolin. Use those dreams to work out your emotional and psychological hurts.

A common problem some people encounter with lucid dreaming is that they wake up as soon as they realize they’re dreaming. This is because the work of making conscious choices while sleeping causes the conscious mind to rise from its slumber, thus arousing the wakening state. This can be overcome with practice, but there is a technique that can help. Before you go to sleep, plan on what you will do in your lucid dreams. This removes an element of conscious choice during your dreams, which may help you stay in the dream state.

Lucid dreaming is a challenging art to master, but there are steps that can be taken to help you achieve the state. Imagine how very, very interesting this is. Lots of references in our ebook: “Lucid dreaming make easy” at http://luciddreamingmadeeasy.org. You’ll know how to do lucid dreaming even before you’ve finished reading it.

Dreaming Spires

May 15, 2013 on 7:32 pm | In Dream Journals | 4 Comments

Dreaming Spires is a scrap metal sculpture by local artist Helen Denerley that was commissioned by the Omni Centre following a competition held to design a sculpture to stand on the pavement outside the new building.

It depicts two giraffes – a mother and her calf – made from discarded motorbike and car parts, surrounded by a poem cast in bronze by Roy Campbell:

Giraffes! – a People
Who live between earth and skies
Each in his own religious steeple
Keeping a lighthouse with his eyes

It cost £50,000 and although officially titled Dreaming Spires it is affectionately known by the sculptor and her team as Martha and Gilbert.

Ms Denerley said she opted for giraffes after a visit to the area around Omni, when she decided it would benefit from a "striking" new work of art.

"The eclectic mix of people, art and architecture creates an atmosphere into which a fresh and simple piece of public art will sit well. The site needs a form which is visually striking, simple yet beautiful, powerful yet elegant, and a subject close to the hearts of those who see it."

"I felt it was important for the people of Edinburgh to have a sculpture that was forward looking in its approach. The graceful and powerful giraffes symbolise the aspirations of a country which has often felt the constraints of history and traditions, and now embraces the opportunity to look beyond them."

"I hope people will travel from across the city to see the giraffes and that they will become established as a new place to meet."
