Letting Go of Old Dreams, Starting Over With New Ones

May 20, 2013 on 4:36 pm | In Dream Come True, Musings | No Comments

Whether your goals come to you in dreams, or you dream up a bright future for yourself, sometimes dreams do not come true. Many things can interfere with achieving your dreams.

Sometimes illness, accidents, or other unfortunate incidents intervene. Sometimes your life changes in other ways, and the dream no longer fits. Sometimes an economic downturn, a war, an earthquake, or other major disaster puts your plans and dreams out of reach.

Even before you consciously realize how much your goals and life are changing, your dreams at night may begin to reflect those changes. And you should pay attention to them and prepare to take action to make the changes needed to prepare for a bright—but different—future.

If you become mired in debt, for example, whether from medical bills, a mortgage, a lost job, or a bad investment, you may have to give up on one dream—or more—clear the decks, and get back on track to achieve new goals. In other words, you may need to let go of an old dream and start over fresh with a new one.

A good bankruptcy lawyer in Cleveland, or wherever you  happen to live, can help you clear the financial slate and start over. So that you are free to pursue new dreams and achieve new goals.

Sometimes you have to let go of an old dream to pursue an even better one. Starting over financially gives you the freedom to do that.
