A Different Kind of Hero… This book was amazing! The murals in skys showed emotions and feeling. The story tells kids that there can be a hero in the smallest of things…even a mouse!By: PAYAL AMIN AGE 13KELLER
Wonderful We love Ezra Jack Keats in our house. We feel that he writes in a way that children think and love and understand. This book is no disappointment! The pictures are incredible…our kids love the way that each window shows what the different children are dreaming. They were mesmerized by it, and after reading it, created their own little house with windows they each drew in. Once again, Keats inspires and touches the little minds of children. Highly recommended!
A classic! My kids and I love this book! I have a 7 year old boy and a 4 year old daughter. They both love it.The story is subtle and creative. The art is rich and original (really some of the best art I’ve seen!). And the concept is wonderfully engaging. As the back cover notes, “Sometimes real life is even more surprising than dreams.”I highly recommend this book for you and your young children.
