In this book, you are encouraged not set of disparate techniques, but repeatedly verified real holistic approach practice. That is the purpose of this writing, there was no transfer options techniques and methods, so it is not very extensive. In fact, people (particularly novices) doesn’t need choose from the fact that they often don’t understand and efficiency. So I almost didn’t propose in this book try to choose to do or try to do it. The entire text of the book is the description of a single system of practice that includes several elements:

1. Setting up on lucid dream. All that is connected with the creation of an effective internal mood conducive to the implementation of the integrated technology.

2. Complex step-by-step techniques of entering in a lucid dream, which combines both classical approaches related to the awakening of consciousness within a dream, and my author’s technique of entering into the LD by balancing on the edge of dream.

3. Work with energy. The original approach to the practice of self-energy, based on an understanding of the primacy of consciousness in such work.

4. Management of lucid dreaming. The complex actions associated with an increase in quality, duration and the use of the LD.

5. Analysis of the practice. An important element that helps effectively move forward.
