If you’re newcomer to out of body experiences and lucid dreams and you have no idea where to get started, this can help you out. In this article you can find out why sleep paralysis is the holy grail for new OBEers for it’s how you can approach your subconscious without having to train any visualizations at all.

If you’ve ever had a experience of waking up in the morning and found that you couldn’t move or make a sound for a few minutes, you’could have had sleep paralysis. I used to have this problem and I had no idea why or what it was. But as it turns out, this was the trick that opened the door to frequent O.B.E.s for me after having insomnia for years.

But The question is that “what is sleep paralysis and how can you use it?”  Sleep paralysis is a protection mechanism your body uses when you fall asleep. If when you are dreaming you’re doing something very active, such as running, then you are not in sleep paralysis which means you may move your limbs when you’re asleep and  wake yourself up.
