If you have heard the term ‘lucid dreaming’ getting tossed around quite a bit, but are still unsure exactly what it is or how to do it, then you’ve come to the right place. The article I am sharing will cover all of that and more.

It goes into detail about how lucid dreaming came about in the west and it’s origins in ancient Tibet 500 B.C. It even offers you instructions on how to achieve dream control yourself, so you can start experiencing all the magic of lucidity.

It is well written and straight to the point.  It briefly mentions the other lucid dreaming techniques out there, but then turns around and mentions which one of them is the most effective.  It then teaches you how to do that technique.

Overall, this is a very effective article at teaching people about lucid dreaming. If your parents, friends or colleagues are interested in find out more about lucid dreaming, this is a great article to direct them to, because it answers just about every question anyone could ever have.

It dismisses the rumor that lucid dreaming is somehow evil or tied to satanism, magick and the occult and illustrates that is scientifically founded and researched by Stephen LaBerge of Stanford University.

Lucid dreaming is a very exciting, fun and healthy way to spend the time of your life most people waste sleeping unconsciously. It is also very therapeutic. You can use it to overcome fears of just about anything, by having the chance to confront your fears in a safe, virtual environment where nothing can actually hurt you anyways.  The worse thing that could happen in a lucid dream would just cause you to wake up anyways.
