“I learned about lucid dreaming through a blog post on Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Blog. From there, I became interested in the topic. I must say, this book does an excellent job of describing what lucid dreaming is along with really providing some excellent and practical strategies to begin using it right away in your life. I haven’t looked back since! This book is highly recommended.”
-Nicolas Schenn (Portland, USA)

“This book is a must read for anyone interested on the topic of lucid dreaming and dreaming in general. We spend about one third of our lives sleeping so why not learn how to make it benefit you? I love this topic and love what this book provides.”
-Leah Watson (Chicago, USA)

“Lucid dreaming is a topic I wasn’t too familiar with but since discovering this book, I’ve really delved into this topic. Whilst I still consider myself new to the subject, I am very excited about the prospects and positive impacts this can have to my life.”

  1. Lucid Dreaming This is a fascinating book on your dreams and how to interpret them. I would never have guessed there were so many different ways of dreaming and even that there are some you can control. The out of body experience dreaming I found particularly interesting. The author covers every aspect of dreaming and in layman’s terms for easy reading.

  2. Not my usual read. Though this isn’t the usual sort of book I’d read I found it to be really interesting and thought provoking.Being able to control your dreams, thoughts, and ultimately manifest your goals in life is surely what we’d all like to be able to do, but knowing that this is even possible is amazing. The possibilities are now endless. Fascinating stuff.

  3. Different and in a good way I really enjoyed this book and found it opened my eyes and told me some facts I was not aware of previously. I never imagined you could take control of your dreams and turn them into a whole new dimension so will be re-reading the book and trying the tips and advice for myself.I have a few friends who would find this book extremely interesting and will be recommending that they buy it. If you are interested in dreams, their meanings and especially lucid dreaming then this is the book for you.
